Forming Lifelong Followers of Jesus Christ

At ISBC, our focus is to join with parents and the congregation in order to disciple students into lifelong relationships with Jesus Christ, and to grow in their own role as members of His Church.

We do this by:

  1. Teaching & preaching expositionally
  2. Intergenerational discipleship
  3. Helping students to form a community
  4. Equipping students for Gospel ministry in their schools

“Equip” Sessions: Delving Deeper into Faith

On Sunday nights, you’ll gather for Equip. This is a time for deeper discussion around real topics, all rooted in Scripture. You’ll explore what God’s Word says about the challenges you face every day.

Equip gives you a safe place to ask honest questions and grow in your faith. As you talk through relevant issues together, you’ll learn how to stand firm in what you believe and live it out with confidence.

Join Us!

If you’re in grades 6–12, we’d love for you and your parents to reach out and learn more about how to get involved. Whether you join us for Student Nights, take part in Equip or plug into other church activities, you’ll find clear next steps to grow in your faith.

We want to partner with you in prayer and action as we invest in the next generation. Together, we can help your student build a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ and discover the unique purpose God has for their life.

Students: More Than Just Participants

Elijah believes your student is an important part of our church family. They are not just attending events or filling a seat. They belong here. They are called to grow, serve and lead as part of the body of Christ.

This belief shapes everything we do in student ministry. We partner with you and our church family to create a place where your student can grow in faith, build strong friendships and develop a faith that lasts.

Discipleship through Scripture

At the heart of our ministry is a clear commitment to teaching God’s Word. As 2 Timothy 3:16 teaches, Scripture guides, corrects and trains us in righteousness. Because of this, everything we do is grounded in the Bible.

Your student will take part in engaging lessons and honest discussions that help them grow closer to Jesus Christ. We want them to build a strong foundation of faith so they can face life’s challenges with wisdom, confidence and trust in God.

Weekly Student Nights: A Place for Worship and Connection

Each week, you’ll gather for Student Nights with other students in grades 6–12. You’ll share a meal, worship together and hear clear, gospel-centered teaching from God’s Word.

These nights are a great time to build real friendships and grow in your faith. You’ll be part of a welcoming community where you can ask honest questions, learn from Scripture and take meaningful steps in your relationship with Christ.
